Code of Conduct

Motto: „Trusting everyone is the same mistake as trusting no one“

• 1.A real-estate broker will defend the interests of his/her client as if they were his/her own.
• 2.A real-estate broker will not misguide his/her client and will not withhold any facts relevant to the business he/she arranges for.
• 3.A real-estate broker will always act in accordance with his best knowledge and belief.
• 4.A real-estate broker will choose such procedures of acting in order not to take advantage of his/her position to the detriment of the client.
• 5.A real-estate broker will only act to the extent commissioned to him/her by the client.
• 6.A real-estate broker will never go beyond his/her authority ensuing from the work description and activity, and from the client?s commissioning.
• 7.A real-estate broker may not, with the client?s consent, disclose confidential information provided by the client, not even after terminating the cooperation, and will protect the client?s personal data.
• 8.A real-estate broker will always act in an honest and qualified manner in accordance with good manners and the principles of EKRK.
• 9.By his/her behaviour, a real-estate broker represents the EKRK trade name, and increases the prestige of the real-estate broker and the professionalism of the real-estate trading.
• 10.A real-estate broker continually improves his/her professional qualification in the interest of further increase of the quality of his/her services provided to the client.

A real-estate broker always follows, with no exception, the present Code of Conduct of EKRK.
